The National Board of Revenue (NBR) Chairman Md. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan on Wednesday urged the business community to get rid of the culture of tax evasion.

NBR Chairman made the remarks while addressing as the chief guest at a discussion on ‘Budget Talk 2018’ at the auditorium of North South University on Wednesday. The programme was organised by the young economists’ forum.

“The revenue collection target is set at Tk 2 lakh 96 thousand crore this year, hopefully we will reach the target,” he added.
