The Audited Financial Statement for the year 2023 of National Bank Limited was approved and signed at the 498th meeting of the Board of Directors held at the bank's head office on Saturday (April 27), says a media statement.

Chairman of National Bank Dr Syed Ferhat Anwar chaired the meeting.

Parveen Haque Sikder, director and chairperson of the Executive Committee, Moazzam Hossain, director and chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Md Serajul Islam, independent director and chairman of the Audit Committee Chairman and Lt General Md Shafiqur Rahman, OSP (Bar), SPP, AFWC, PSC (retired), director were present at the meeting while Alhaj Khalilur Rahman, director and M Kamal Hossain, independent director, joined the event virtually.

Md Touhidul Alam Khan, managing director and CEO of National Bank along with other high officials of the bank were also present at the board meeting.
