Southeast Bank Training Institute has recently hosted a daylong workshop titled ‘Women Entrepreneur Development Programme’ for officials working at Southeast Bank PLC’s Women Entrepreneur Help Desk, said a press release.

Southeast Bank deputy managing director Mohammed Rashedul Amin inaugurated the programme.

Director (training) Sayma Banu delivered the welcome speech.

SVP and SME and agri credit head Syed Abu Naser was present as a resource person, among others.

Attendees gained actionable insights into financing-related aspects of women entrepreneurs and market outreach, understanding Borrowers Financial and loan assessment etc.

Forty-five participants from different branches, including the Women Entrepreneur Help Desk officials, took part in the workshop.

This programme aimed to strengthen activities of concerned officials and to involve women entrepreneurs in business further.
