NRBC Bank PLC on Tuesday held the 62nd meeting of its audit committee, said a press release.

Independent director and committee chairman Muhammad Emdad Ullah presided over the meeting held at the bank’s head office.

Among others, independent directors Md Anwar Hossain, Md Nurul Haque, managing director and chief executive officer Md Touhidul Alam Khan, internal control and compliance division head Muhammad Hajjaj-Bin-Mahfooz and company secretary Mohammad Ahsan Habib were present in the meeting.
