The  62nd  meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of NRBC Bank  PLC. was held on Tuesday at the Bank’s head office. 

Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, Inde­pendent Director and Chairman of the Audit Co­mmittee presided over the meeting. 

Independent Directors Md. Anwar Hossain and Md. Nurul Haque; Mana­ging Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan; Head of Internal Control and compliance Division (ICCD) Muhammad Hajjaj-Bin-Mahfooz and  Company Secretary Mohammad Ahsan Habib were present at the meeting.
