Shariah-based Standard Bank PLC organized an orientation program for its 11th batch of Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) at the conference hall of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry on July 3.

Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Mohammed Abdul Aziz was present as chief guest at the ceremony.

Managing Director & CEO Md Habibur Rahman presided over the program where directors of the bank SAM Hossain and Gulzar Ahmed were present as special guest.

Md Siddiqur Rahman, deputy managing director along with senior executives of the bank were also present at the program.

Mohammed Abdul Aziz, in his keynote address; welcomed the newly appointed MTOs to the world of Shariah-based banking and advised them to uphold service culture, Islamic values and principles in every aspect of their professional life.

Habibur emphasized the importance of adhering to Shariah principles and called upon the newcomers to devote themselves with their talent and dedication to ensure the overall growth of the bank.
