The 526th meeting of the Board of Directors of National Bank was held recently, The meeting was presided over by Abdul Awal Mintoo, Chairman and Sponsor Director of the Bank, says a press release.

The meeting was attended by Moazzam Hossain, Vice Chairman and Sponsor Director; Zakaria Taher, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Director; Muklesur Rahman, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Independent Director; Md. Abdus Satter Sarkar, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director; Md. Zulkar Nayn, Independent Director; Professor Dr. Melita Mehjabeen, Independent Director; Managing Director Adil Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Imran Ahmed, and Company Secretary Md. Kaiser Rashid.

During the meeting, newly appointed Managing Director Adil Chowdhury was formally welcomed to his new role by the Board of Directors.
